SPECIAL CONFISCATION OF PROPERTY FOR THE LEGISLATION OF CERTAIN EUROPEAN COUNTRIES

Abstract
In the article issues of legislative regulation of the property special confiscation are considered, the differences in the legal nature of this institution in the criminal law system of individual European countries are revealed and also concluded that legal innovations associated with the definition of the place and content of special confiscation in the Criminal Code of Ukraine are consistent with the practice of regulation of this issue in European countries.
