SPECIAL COURSE "THE BASIS OF SOCIAL WORK IN PROBATIONSERVICE" AS AN INSTALL FOR PROFESSIONAL TRAINING DEVELOPMENT OF THE FUTURE WORKERS OF THE SOCIAL SPHERE IN MODERN CONDITIONS

Abstract
Separate aspects of social work in probation service, in particular in the course of formation of human rights competence at future workers of the social sphere have been covered in the article through the prism of formation of the standard and legal legislative base of probation service of Ukraine. Special attention is paid to publicizing of content of training of future workers of the social sphere in the field of population social legal protection, to development and implementation of programs of social rehabilitation and resocialization of convicts, attraction of volunteer resources and wide circle to preventive maintenance of the population that provides essential base for development of the evidence-based concept of activity of workers of the social sphere in a probation service, in particular, with minor offenders as effective way of overcoming problems and illegal behavior of children and teenagers. The contents of the special course program "The Basis of Social Work in Probation Service" have been revealed taking into account changes of standard and legal base of Ukraine and the adoption of the Law of Ukraine "About a probation"; studying of the essence of the common theoretical problems of social work in the probation service has been carried out; the international and national experience of formation of social work in the probation service has been presented; activities of workers of the social sphere in the system of probation with application gender and sensitive approach have been proved; methods and technologies of social work in the course of application of alternative forms of punishment have been considered.
