SPECIAL ISSUES FOR IMPROVING LEGISLATION ON THE EXECUTION OF RESPONSES ABOUT CONSTRUCTION OF ADMINISTRATIVE SETTLEMENTS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the stage of execution of decisions on Affairs about administrative offences. The study of these features revealed a number of problems of legal nature that require resolution. The author proposed a number of amendments to the Code of Ukraine on administrative offences and the adoption of specialized regulatory legal acts, regulating the procedure of execution of certain types of administrative penalties.
