Special ways of fighting with violations in the field of public procurement

Abstract
The article deals with the legal principles of e-commerce in the field of public procurement. The authors determine gaps in the legislation that regulates relations in the sphere of implementing the public procurement and propose to make appropriate changes facilitated the improvement of the operation of the site for public procurement “PROZORRO” and the fight with dumping and frauds in this market. This site has been created to combat corruption in the field of public procurement and accomplish transparent functioning of the system. In addition, everyone can exercise supervision in the field of public procurement on the monitoring portal “DoZorro”. The site of the “Public procurement “PROZORRO” and monitoring portal “DoZorro” are open and freely available. Special proposals were made based on the analysis of the legislation of the EU countries.
