Abstract
The article is devoted to the administrative offence case proceeding and issues of the implementation of procedural rights of a person in the implementation of simplified proceedings (without drawing up a protocol on an administrative offense). The lacks of administrative-procedural norms are ascertained and the perspectives of their removal are established.
