SPECIFIC QUESTIONS OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL REGULATION OF SCIENTIFIC ACTIVITY IN AGRARIAN SPHERE OF UKRAINE

Abstract
In the article some questions concerning the structure of administrative and legal regulation of the relations of scientific activity in the agrarian sphere of Ukraine are analyzed. In this study, the author focuses on bringing the objective necessity and relevance of the processes of integration and cooperation to the sphere of domestic agro-industrial production, making recommendations on supplementing the basic principles of cooperative-integration processes in Ukraine. Taking into account the analysis made, some own author’s thoughts, comments and suggestions are expressed.
