SPECIFIC TRAITS OF LAW-ENFORCEMENT BODIES’ TASKS AND FUNCTIONS AS ENTREPRENEURSHIP SUBJECTS REGARDING CORRUPTION COMBATING IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The law enforcement bodies’ tasks and functions as subjects of corruption combating in Ukraine are still needed in the view of their specific features and the current state of the legal doctrine. So, it is important to consider their general doctrinal understanding with the development of relevant definitions. The latter relates to the practical need for a theoretical basis for effective anti-corruption activities in Ukraine.
