SPECIFICS OF FUNCTIONING OF CEMENT INDUSTRY OF UKRAINE IN CONTEMPORARY CONDITIONS

Abstract
This article explores the status of the cement industry in Ukraine. The analysis of the impact of dynamic changes of unstable market environment in the country on the enterprises of the industry has been performed. The problems of functioning and development prospects have been defined. Based on a detailed analysis of the impact of factors of external and internal environment on the competitiveness of enterprises and achievements of their strategic success, the necessity to review industry targets has been justified. A number of important prerequisites have been outlined and the consideration will create a solid foundation for effective regulatory decisions.
