SPIRITUAL PERSON AS THE FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLE OF LAW COUNTRY IN CRYSIS PERIOD OF MODERN SOCIETY FORMATION

Abstract
It is shown that modern society is experiencing a turning point in human history, there is an active search for the optimal model of law country, a key role which should be given a spiritual person, which should be the primary cause, the fundamental principle of construction of the legal system. We need to create a new paradigm, which will be a prerequisite for recovery of modern civilization. The basic problem questions: what is a legal state; who is the person who live in the modern world; what we can see an ideal model of desired behavior of the person and what are the ways of its formation? Obtained as basic characteristics of the law country features that are both objective and subjective. We consider three waves deantropologization destroying humanity in human: economicsocial, socio-political, and information technology. The attention is focused on the fact that despiritualized technocratism and all destructive nihilism became the dominant contemporary factor, tragedy, human development is that human genius, media intelligence – Homo sapiens, created technological civilization although it passed the baton Homo humanos – evolving man of the enlightenment, a century later, he called to the man the consumer life – sonsumendorum of Homo, and later – a one-dimensional human mass, mass culture – Homo massae culturae. It is proved that the task of the spiritual formation of the person, is necessary to implement not only the «Knowledge» paradigm of education, but also «cultural-activity», the ability to influence the processes of spiritual identity. The conclusion is that the idea of utopia state can become a reality if its content would include the idea of a spiritual person, carrying the strength and freedom of thought and the higher spiritual values
