СПРАВЕДЛИВІСТЬ ЯК МЕТА ПРАВОСУДДЯ ТА КОНФЛІКТ ІНЕТЕРЕСІВ

Abstract
The article reveals the essence of the influence of a conflict of interest on the content of justice, as an activity aimed at achieving justice. The definition of the category “justice” is considered in more detail with the help of the works of Plato, Aristotle, Sh. L. Montesquieu, Cicero, I. Kant and Hegel and a number of modern scientific research. Analyzed views on justice as a “generalized image” of any consideration of the case by the court, as a legal category, which includes the system of political and legal relations, norms, ideas, attitudes and concepts implemented in the procedural forms of activity of its subjects. Considers views on justice through the lens of justice and the like.
