Stages of development of models of operational-search activity of law and order agencies and special services on territories of Ukraine

Abstract
The theoretical problems and historical patterns of the system of operational-search activity (OSA) on the territory of Ukraine are determined. The directions of the formation of the OSA of law enforcement bodies of Ukraine are investigated. Positive and negative traits and patterns of organizational and tactical models of OSA at different stages of development of Ukrainian society have been studied. The main features and components of the OSA at different stages of the historical development of statehood on the territory of Ukraine are singled out. Authorized periodization of the formation of the OSA on the territory of Ukraine is provided. Key words: operative-search activity, clandestine work, agents, unclassified criminal police in-vestigation, forces of operational-search activity.
