Abstract
В статье исследовано становление и развитие законодательства Украины о государственной службе, рассмотрены современные тенденции его развития и формирования через призму нового законодательства, влияние на реформирование и дальнейшее становление этого института в условиях реализации принятого в 2015 году Закона Украины «О государственной службе».
