Abstract
The article is devoted to the issues of the features of state architectural and construction supervision as a specific set of objects of public (civil) control over the activities of public authorities in the field of urban development activities. The concept of state architectural and construction supervision is defined. The types of objects of state architectural and construction supervision are considered. Objects of civil oversight in the field of urban planning are defined. Recommendations on implementation of public (civil) control in the field of state architectural and construction supervision are worked out. Key words:
