STATE LANGUAGE IN UKRAINE: ENSURING OF CONSTITUTIONAL STATUS IN THE PERIOD OF INTER-LAW

Abstract
The article examines the status of the Ukrainian language as a state one on the basis of the Constitution, decisions of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, laws of our state and subordinate normative legal acts; the need to apply the norms of Article 10 of the Constitution of Ukraine in connection with the abrogation by the Constitutional Court of Ukraine of the Law of Ukraine "On the Principles of State Language Policy", the implementation of the provisions of the Decree of the President of Ukraine "On the Principles of State Language Policy", as soon as possible, the implementation of the norms of Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine " On Education "on the language of the educational process in Ukraine. It is proposed to adopt the new Law of Ukraine "On ensuring the functioning of the Ukrainian language as a state one" as soon as possible and issue a Decree of the President, which would anticipate the development of a ten-year program for the establishment and strengthening of the state status of the Ukrainian language in Ukraine.
