State policy of creation of high-performance working places in the industry

Abstract
The subject of the study are the processes of creating high-performance jobs in industry. The purpose of the study is to analyze labor productivity in industry and study the directions of the state policy of creating high-performance jobs in Ukraine. Methods of research. In the work general scientific and special methods were used: scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis; analytical; system. Results of the work. The article analyzes the labor productivity in industry and justifies the direction of the state policy on creating new jobs. Application of results. Economics and management of the national economy, in terms of state systems and mechanisms for managing the economy at the sectoral, intersectoral and regional levels, methods and economic instruments for regulating economic processes and their effectiveness. Conclusions. Analysis of the state and trends of labor market development in recent years indicates a low efficiency of the use of labor resources. The process of creating new jobs has decreased, the conjuncture of the indicators of the registered labor market was characterized by a significant excess of labor supply over its demand. There are trends in job cuts compared to the creation of new ones. The directions of the state policy for the creation of new jobs are proposed: financial support for the development and modernization of priority sectors of the economy; creation of new and modernization of high-performance jobs in basic industrial sectors; development of small and medium-sized businesses, which create new jobs in priority economic activities; ensuring the appropriate level of professional training.
