State regulation in the direction of socio-economic provision of persons with disabilities

Abstract
The article is devoted to the research of issues of state regulation in the direction of socio-economic support of persons with disabilities. It is now clear that there is an urgent need to develop a modern strategy and overall model of socio-economic policy for persons with disabilities. The purpose of the article is to investigate and summarize the problems of state regulation in the direction of socio-economic provision of persons with disabilities in modern conditions and to ensure their solution by executing the strategy of socio-economic provision of persons with disabilities in Ukraine. Scientific novelty. The strategy of social and economic support of persons with disabilities in Ukraine is proposed. The basic goal of the strategy is to identify models of actions and benefits for the systems of socio-economic support for persons with disabilities and to develop basic directions, forms, methods and means of achievement. New main aspects of the mechanisms of forming the strategy of social and economic provision of persons with disabilities are highlighted: socio-economic; political and legal; organizational and managerial; scientific and methodological; moral and ethical; informational Conclusions. In formulating a strategy for social and economic security of persons with disabilities, it is advisable to take into account their aggregate demand for jobs. Considering the importance and relevance of scientific research, it is necessary to organize a permanent scientific and methodological support and support of all political, economic programs, plans, measures that affect the interests of persons with disabilities, both at national and regional, local levels. There is a need for a scientific and experimental study of the problems of organizing a comprehensive system of assistance to the disabled, their professional, labor, social rehabilitation, taking into account local peculiarities and opportunities, changes in the economic and political situation. Particular attention should be paid to the research and scientific substantiation of the strategy for socio-economic provision of persons with disabilities living in rural areas. It is this category of disabled people that is now most deprived of impoverishment, inability to find a job and gain professional knowledge of their place of residence.
