STATE REGULATION OF THE HEALTH PROTECTION: BASICS OF THE PROBLEM

Abstract
Now in Ukraine, state regulation in the field of health care and public administration in this sphere are similar, but nonetheless different concepts. One of the functions of public administration is norms-setting. Alone, as the notion of “public administration” is traditionally used in the narrow sense and involves the relevant activities of executive bodies, it does not “dampen” state-legal regulation, and the sphere of health care is not a laudable one. After all, state regulation in the field of health protection in Ukraine, along with executive power bodies, is carried out both by the President and the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. The article substantiates the inappropriateness of relocating to the subjects of state regulation in the sphere of health care the local self-government bodies.
