State support of the implementation of investment agreements with the participation of public authorities and local governments

Abstract
In article is analyzed the specifics of providing state support for the implementation of investment agreements with the participation of public authorities and local governments. It was investigated the specifics of state support for the implementation of the agreements which are concluding within the framework of public-private partnership, as well as the specifics of state support that is provided to induce investment activity in accordance with the provisions of the Investment Activity Act. There were given a number of differences that exist between these types of state support. It was found the deficiency of state support for certain investment agreements with the participation of public authorities and local governments.
