Statistical indices of development of social and labor relations and conflicts in Ukraine

Abstract
The purpose of the article is to analyze the system of statistical indicators of the development of social and labor relations and conflicts in Ukraine, the use of additional information to prevent the emergence of strikes as the highest form of social conflict that destroys the fundamental foundations of the country's economy. Methodology of research. The solution of the tasks posed in the article was carried out with the help of such general scientific and special research methods: analysis and synthesis, systematization and generalization, dynamic series. Findings. It is proposed to restore efforts to update the content of the Law of Ukraine "On the Procedure for Resolving Collective Labor Disputes (Conflicts)." It is also necessary to resume the publication of the statistical collection "Labor in Ukraine" with statistical indicators of the characteristics of the existence of collective agreements, the state of arrears of wages, working conditions and the number of registered collective disputes and conflicts. It is necessary to investigate the possibility of publishing reviews of the state of social and labor relations and conflicts by the central apparatus of the NSPP. Practical value. The article substantiates that updating the content of the Law of Ukraine "On the Procedure for Resolving Collective Labor Disputes (Conflicts)" is relevant. The resumption of publication of the statistical digest "Labor in Ukraine" with statistical indicators of the characteristics of the existence of collective agreements, the state of arrears of wages, working conditions and the number of registered collective disputes and conflicts will improve public awareness. The initialization of the publication of reviews of the state of social and labor relations and conflicts by the central apparatus of the service will increase the significance of the activity of the NSPP. An algorithm for analyzing statistical indicators can be used in the practice of domestic enterprises.
