Статистична та динамічна концепції правової визначеності

Abstract
У статті продовжено порівняльний аналіз поняття правової визначеності у континентальній правовій сім’ї та сім’ї загального права, який було розпочато на сторінках цього журналу у попередніх публікаціях. Аргументи на користь невизначеності зазначених правових сімей дають можливість визначати статичний та динамічний підходи (концепції) розуміння правової визначеності.
