Abstract
W naszym życiu, także tym dorosłym, funkcjonuje potrzeba punktu odniesienia niejako wzorca, którego szukamy – nie zawsze fakt ten sobie uświadamiając – wśród ludzi z większym doświadczeniem życiowym i zawodowym. W oszalałym i do cna zmaterializowanym świecie upadłych idei i totalnych zagrożeń, gdzie nic nie jest pewne, szukamy w najbliższym otoczeniu po prostu człowieka dobrego. Szukamy autorytetu z zaletami umysłu i serca, które chcielibyśmy zaszczepić w sobie. W tym rozumieniu miałem to szczęście, że już na początku mojej kariery akademickiej spotkałem – wówczas już profesora – Stefana Włocha, z którym na długie lata dane mi było serdecznie się zaprzyjaźnić.
