STOCK MECHANISMS FOR MANAGING OF STATE CORPORATE RIGHTS IN ECONOMY OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The economic content of state corporate rights is defined. The historical aspects of its model in Ukraine are analyzed. The assessment of the structure and legal forms of enterprises that are in the management of the State Property Fund of Ukraine are determined. The results of evaluation of the efficiency of these entities are disclosed. The experience of selling state shares on the stock exchanges is compiled and proposals to development of the existing of stock mechanisms are worked.
