Abstract
The paper presents an analysis of the technical condition and structure of the bus fleet MZK in Torun and the establishment of the investment program for 2020. Life cycle costs of buses powered by different fuels were also presented. On this basis, were analyzed the effectiveness of buying CNG buses.
