Strategic Framework for Ecologically-Safe Conducting the Innovation-Oriented Agricultural Production

Abstract
The article is aimed at substantiation of the strategic guidelines for ecologically-safe conducting the innovation-oriented agricultural production and the directions of its perfection as a basis for ensuring the efficiency of functioning of the productive sector of the national economy. Issues of economic development of the sector have been considered in the context of addressing environmental problems, taking account of climatic, biological and ecological effects of human activities. The expediency of using a scientific approach to their comprehensive solution has been substantiated on the basis of international experience. Attention is focused on the necessity to implement the country's interests through participation in addressing the global and regional problems, elimination of the economic contradictions of an environmentally sound management of production. It is proved that the challenges facing agriculture is possible to solve through environmentally safe conduct of innovative-oriented production. This will satiate the inner market with the high-quality and environment-friendly domestic products; guarantee the food security of the country; expand the sale markets by obtaining competitive advantages for domestic agricultural products in the foreign markets.
