Strategic reference-points of anti-crisis management of agricultural land-tenure

Abstract

Annotation. The purpose of the article is to justify strategic guidelines for the crisis management development of agricultural land use. Methodology of research. Methods of structural-logical analysis, scientific generalization and systematization are used to determine the essence of crisis management of agricultural land use, as well as critical analysis - to compare alternative approaches to crisis management. Findings. In the article going is near «anti-crisis management» was analyzed. The reasons of origin crisis in agricultural land-tenure were resulted. It is indicated, that the basic aspects realization of anti-crisis management in agricultural land-tenure is development economical and ecological mechanism of management crisis processes; determination of sentinel factor is in the decision of present problems; determination of sentinel factor is in the decision of present problems of anti-crisis management; realization of totality of the measures oriented to stabilizing of activity of subject of ménage on the land; control is after implementation of the pre-arranged measures (analysis of rejection); introduction of measures, strategic aims of the post-crisisstate envisaged for an achievement. The aims of anti-crisis management presented, the exposed features of anti-crisis management in agricultural land-tenure. Strategic reference-points of anti-crisis in agricultural land-tenure were presented. It is marked, that anti-crisis management of agricultural land-tenure is an objective analysis of maintenance of the educed problems, finding out of reasons of crisis, conformities to law of her flowing, possible scenarios and consequences of exit is from it. Practical value. It is well-proven, that efficiency of anti-crisis measures in the sphere of land-tenure will depend on cooperation of all levels – national, regional and local, that will allow to pawn bases for modern modernization of agricultural land-tenure that provides giving hope quality changes in him.
