Abstract
In the article, on the basis of the study of the theory of law and the analysis of the current legislation, the administrative-legal aspect of the strategy of development of tax activity in Ukraine is analyzed. The concept of tax activity in Ukraine is defined. The main regulatory legal acts regulating the strategy of development of tax activity in Ukraine are outlined. The article describes and describes the main directions of the strategy of tax development in Ukraine.
