Abstract

Stress is pre sent all aro und us as a part of our daily li fes and can not be com pletely avo i ded. Ho we ver, it co uld be con tro led, analyzed and pre ven ted. The re fo re in di vidual and or ga ni za ti o nal stra te gi es for stress eli mi na tion, chan ges and mi ni mi za tion of the stres sors re pre sent the key for suc cessfull risk ma na ge ment.
