Abstract
It’s carried out the analysis of situation, dynamics, structure, level and efficiency of retail Transcarpathian region. Among the structural aspects analyzed organizational, economic and institutional areas, structural characteristics regarding the sale of goods of domestic and imported, allocation of capital and resources, including employment and income generation and spending. Among the functional aspects of social analysis, it’s given the macroeconomic, trade, technological, organizational, managerial, institutional, investment and innovation components.
