STRUCTURE AND MECHANISM OF NEW YORK STOCK EXCHANGE

Abstract
The article we considered structure and mechanisms of work of the exchange New York. Theoretical questions on stock exchanges and their versions are opened. Theoretical questions of stock exchange New York and its historical aspects are carefully considered. Also was the structure to stock exchange of New York and mechanisms of its work is accurately defined. The current state to stock exchange of New York is carefully defined and the causes of periodic crises are considered. Was possible ways of the solution of these problems are proposed.
