STUDENTS’ MOTIVATIONS TO PARTICIPATE IN HIGHER EDUCATION ACCORDING TO THE FIELDS OF THE TRAININGS

Abstract

In the study, we are attempting to describe higher education applications’ tendencies in Hungary. The research based on the Hungarian Higher Education Admission Database (2013- 2016) and the Effects of Institutional Integration On Student Achievement In Higher Education (hereinafter IESA) database. We are examining how applications by training areas and provide insight into the motivations of applicants for further education in two Hungarian higher education institutions in Northern Hungary.
