STUDENTS’ READINESS TO OVERCOME BARRIERS IN INTERCULTURAL COMMUNICATION

Abstract
The article deals with detecting barriers in intercultural communication during the academic process of learning foreign languages. The main barriers are external (low language level) and internal (students’ fear to make mistakes and lack of confidence in their intellectual abilities). As the way to overcome those barriers it is recommended to teach students to develop growth mindset.
