Study of the optical properties of SiO2, and Al2O3 films deposited by electron beam technique
Journal Title: JOURNAL OF ADVANCES IN PHYSICS - Year 0, Vol 9, Issue 3
Abstract
Al2O3 and SiO2 thin films have been prepared by electron beam evaporation at different oxygen flows. The influences of oxygen partial pressure on optical properties of Al2O3 and SiO2 thin films have been studied. We have coated Al2O3 and SiO2 without some oxygen background in the chamber. The results show that Al2O3 thin film does not have absorption even though it is coated without oxygen background in the chamber. On the other hand, without oxygen flow, SiO2 thin film has some absorption. The packing density of the samples is studied by change in the spectrum of a coating with humidity

On the stability of a nonic functional equation in quasi-normed spaces
In this paper, we extend normed spaces to quasi-normed spaces and prove the generalized Hyers-Ulam stability of a nonic functional equation: where $9 ! = 362880$ in quasi-normed spaces.
Structural and optical properties of Tin Oxide and Indium doped SnO2 thin films deposited by thermal evaporation technique
Tin Oxide and Indium doped Tin Oxide (SnO2:In) thin films were deposited on glass and Silicon substrates by thermal evaporation technique. X-ray diffraction pattern of pure SnO2 and SnO2:In thin films anneale...
PREDICTING THE FLOW PROPERTIES OF POLYAMIDE NANOCOMPOSITES BY USING VINOGRADOV-MALKIN MODEL
This article reports the prediction of the theoretical flow curves of polyamide composites by using Vinogradov-Malkinmodel. Determination of the melt flow index of polymeric materials is the first step to study viscosity...
The The Anisotropy of Electron Scattering in Uniaxially Deformed N-Si Single Crystals with Radiation Defects
The tensoresistance at the uniaxial pressure along the crystallographic direction [100] for n-Si single crystals, which were irradiated by the different doses of gamma quants was investigated. On the basis of the theory...
Newton &-vs Lorentz
Is there a point of divergence between Classical Mechanics and Electromagnetism? This discrepancy is raised by many authors and arises between Newton's third law and the equation of Lorentz forces. Due to the transcenden...
