STUDY OF THE VALUE-MOTIVATIONAL SPHERE OF THE FUTURE SOCIAL PEDAGOGUE IN THE PROCESS OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING

Abstract
Specifics the social pedagogue professional activities through, namely: high level of responsibility for the development of teenagers belonging to a risk group, active interaction, high emotional tension, etc., composed the complexity of the process of formation of health-preserving competence. The presence of the above effects requires the study and solution of the problem on both the scientific and the practical levels. The purpose of our study is to study the leading life plans of future social educators in the process of professional training, assessing the professional value-motivational sphere of students. The article is devoted to the study of the professional-personal qualities of future social educators; it is clarified the unknown place health-preserv- ing competence in professional activity of future social pedagogue; health-preserving competence of students is considered as one of the priorities during training in higher educational institutions; attention is concentrated on the problem of forming the value-motivational sphere of students, which is caused by the need to increase the level of the motivational component of health-preserving competence in them. The data of the ranking of future social educators of higher educational institutions in the context of the leading social values and professional plans of students are given. It was found out that all respondents chose health among the most important values of life, but none of them put it first. Low level of recognition of the value of one's own health in the system of life values is observed in 23% of future social educators; an average of 61.1% and a high of 15.9% of students. The results of the ranking showed that in order to increase the level of the motivational component of health-preserving competence and future social pedagogue in the process of professional training, it is necessary to work purposefully to form motivation among students, to increase personal responsibility for one’s own health and that of others.
