STUDY ON EFFICIENCY OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION LESSON IN OPEN-AIR IN SECONDARY SCHOOL

Abstract

Nowadays, physical education and sports activities have reached an unprecedented development. Contributing effectively and openly to the correct and multi-layered training and development aspects of the personality, they apply remarkable influences in the direction of preserving and improving the health, biometric and spiritual potential of human beings, even supporting work-related training. The issue of the efficiency of the physical education class, the upgrading of education in general, is now a requirement of our contemporary society, being a major concern almost all over the world. The teaching of physical education, both indoors and outdoors, is carried out in an extremely varied group of material conditions, level of education, age and sex. To accomplish this work I used as studying method the specialized literature. In the research process it is of great importance that it has strong documentation on the already existing information in this field. The aim of the paper is to verify a teaching strategy in physical education and sports classes by using resources to achieve the objectives of physical education, school curricula and increasing the effectiveness of the class. In order to increase the efficiency of the physical education class, it is advisable to increase to an optimal level the pedagogical density of it, which will improve the motor and functional density.
