STUDY SELECTION CRITERIA METHOD

Abstract
In the article discussed the criteria for selecting methods in diagnostic laboratories by organizational, analytical and diagnostic perspectives. Attention is paid to international terms and definitions accuracy and reproducibility of measurement, sensitivity and specificity of the method of quantitative determination of analyte. The problems of method choice are discussed in economic terms, in ordering chemicals, special equipment and applying new methods of laboratory diagnostics. Evaluated laboratory equipment providing and analytical accuracy and complete it in determining some biochemical parameters. Separately, described the advantages and disadvantages of techniques in clinical biochemistry determination of glucose, poly- and monoclonal antibodies, sodium and potassium ions, C-reactive protein and serum thyroid hormones. Described the concept of the term "analytical method" and "analytical principle" and the dependence of the accuracy of methods of calibration procedures and use calibrator that allows you to compare standard definition material in the sample and the sample analyzed under identical conditions. The material expands the horizons of scientific staff and laboratory diagnostic laborants in the criteria for selecting the method of biochemical analysis, accuracy and measurement accuracy, security laboratory analytical equipment.
