Abstract
The article is devoted to subject of crime, from the elements of crime, without which it is impossible draw a person to criminal responsibility. The correct definition of all required signs subject of crime predicted the article 18 Criminal code of Ukraine have important both theoretical and practical value. This is especially true for some problems determination of the subject of hooliganism, in connection with the peculiarities of his qualification.
