SUBJECTIVISM IN THE PERCEPTION OF SPACE AND TIME IN HISTORIOGRAPHY

Abstract
The article deals with the issue of subjectivism in perception and representation of space and time structures in historiography. The special attention is paid to the issue of this subjectivism’s sources. The question of tendency and preconception of historical works is analyzed as well. This preconception may be explained not only as a result of certain tendency but also as an outcome of initial subjectivism in perception and representation of space and time in historiography. Yet in the earliest phase of historical narration’s development it had resulted into distortion of space and time representation. The appropriate examples are given in the article.
