SUSPENDED MONORAIL TRANSPORT PERFORMANCE INCREASE DUE TO RATIONAL LOAD DISTRIBUTION

Abstract

The question of the load gravity center in uence on the advance dynamic plane-parallel rolling movement, plan construction for the instantaneous velocity center on the movement of rolling. It proves its absence in the current scheme of moving goods on a suspended monorail transport where there is a movement drawing plus plough movement, the introduction of traction unit in the main plane of the monorail beam, slippage of driving wheels, vulkollans, the traction unit gaining angular velocity to the load gravity center line, the main plane plowing process presence, unsustainable operating costs, and in the suggested innovational method we have presence of instantaneous velocity center and the load and its modules gravity center in uence. This method is more ef cient and safe. Analyzing the new method of cargo slinging and moving in mine openings on a comparative basis of the main motion types in strict accordance with the general mechanics laws, where the forces are formed in such a way that the rolling takes place, so two load modules get included into the work of lifting moving system.
