SUSPENSION, RENEWAL AND TERMINATION OF Commercial PROCEDURAL TERMS

Abstract
The article discusses suspension, renewal and termination of progress of commercial procedural terms. The necessity of a differentiated approach to the grounds of criteria classification suspension and termination progress procedural terms that may contribute to the timing of the proceedings. Proposed definition of suspension, renewal and termination procedural terms because of the time course of the criterion that seems appropriate considering flow criterion procedural terms.
