SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF THE NATIONAL ECONOMY ON THE BASIS OF OPTIMAL INTERACTION BETWEEN SOCIETY AND NATURE

Abstract
Purpose. The aim of the article is to study the basis for the emergence and improvement of the concept of sustainable development of Ukraine. Methodology of research. The theoretical and methodological basis is the provisions of economic theory, environmental protection, ecology, sociology and other sciences, scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists. In the process of research, general scientific and special methods and methodical approaches are used, in particular: methods: analysis and synthesis – in substantiating the essence of the concept of “sustainable development”; method of system analysis – for detail of the object and subject of research; the method of causal analysis – in the study of the role and place of man in nature and its impact in the system of sustainable development; monographic method – to summarize the results of the study. Findings. The essence of the concept of “sustainable development” is substantiated. The objective necessity of development is determined and the structure of the concept of sustainable development is characterized. It is proved that the person is in the center of sustainable development, with his needs, the purpose of social activity, and it is also the main factor in achieving the goal. The role and place of a person in the system of sustainable development are determined. Originality. The complex approach to the study of the bases of origin and process of improvement, sustainable development of Ukraine, its evaluation and control is used. Practical value. The obtained results of the research are aimed at ensuring balanced development of the natural and economic potential of the subjects of the national economy. They can be used in organizational and planning activities of the subjects of the national, as well as regional economics, in particular the development of territorial communities and will contribute to the achievement of their capabilities.
