SUSTAINABLE LAND USE MANAGEMENT AND SOIL CONSERVATION: URGENCY AND CHALLENGES IN MODERN CONDITIONS

Abstract

The aim of the paper is to substantiate the formation of a balanced land use, monitoring and protection of soil from erosive degradation in terms of intensification of agricultural production, increased storm character of rainfall under the climate change. To solve the problem it has been emphasized the necessity of improving the structure of national management of land resources for agricultural purposes soil conservation from degradation and desertification.
