СУТНІСНА ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКА КОРПОРАТИВНОЇ ФІНАНСОВОЇ СТРАТЕГІЇ ГОСПОДАРЮЮЧОГО СУБ’ЄКТА

Abstract
Serdiukov K.H., Malyshkina K.Yu. Essential Characteristic of the Corporate Financial Strategy of an Economic Entity. The article analyzes the concept of corporate management based on the literary sources of Ukrainian and foreign authors. The morphological estimation of "company’s financial strategy" concept has been provided, the relationship based on the synthesis of the notion of corporate management and financial strategy of an economic entity has been established thereunder, the inability of a business entity to act without forming an effective company’s financial strategy in the conditions of country's economic crisis and hard competition has been proved, since in order to obtain maximum profit, company’s owners and managers shall have a clear action plan on the formation, distribution, redistribution and use of funds of company’s financial resources. Market transformations, that take place in Ukraine, substantiate the new requirements for building a corporate enterprise management system. The dynamics of economic processes and the aggravation of market competition reduce the effectiveness of the developed strategic plans, which do not contain well-grounded instruments for rapid adaptation to changes in the internal and external environment; therefore, the development of an effective corporate financial strategy is the key to achieving the main objective of a business entity – the profit. The effectiveness of corporate management is being reached with due consideration to the interests of all the participants in corporate relations, which include company’s owners, hired managers - subjects of company’s management board, as well as company’s investors and lenders. Therefore, in today's conditions, it is necessary to build an action plan - a financial strategy of a business entity to meet the needs of all the participants in corporate management. It should be noted that the financial strategy is a relatively new concept in domestic science and management practice. Thus, we can conclude that in the conditions of country's economic crisis, corporate management requires a well-considered policy to meet the needs of all the participants in the economic process, owners, senior managers, employees of the corporation, main consumers of products manufactured by an economic entity, the state - the recipient of a part of income in the form of taxes, therefore, the formation of an effective management system shall be based on the implementation of a financial strategy, which includes an action plan, subject to quality implementation of which a business entity should receive the maximum profit.
