Synergetic benchmarking in strategic management innovative development of the enterprise

Abstract
The article substantiates the use of synergetic management in the management of the innovative development of an industrial enterprise. On the basis of the dynamic model of the potential of innovation development, synergistic management is considered, which is based on the management of synergistic effects. Synergistic benchmarking and its effects as synergistic management tools in strategic management of the enterprise are offered.
