SYSTEM CHARACTERISTICS OF SCIENTIFIC-METHODICAL APPROACHES TO THE INVESTIGATION OF FINANCIAL SAFETY OF JOINT-STOCK COMPANIES

Abstract
The article actualized the need to systematize the methods of scientific knowledge of financial security of joint stock companies. The author grouped all the set of methods into groups such as general scientific and specific economics. The structure of general scientific knowledge methods proposed to include three subgroups: methods of empirical research, methods of theoretical research, methods of theoretical and empirical research. It is established that the basic scientificmethodical approaches, scientific knowledge of financial security of joint stock companies can be systemic, complex, functional, integration, reproductive, normative, dynamic and quantitative. It is proved that reflected methods of research of financial security of corporate structures reflect a certain array of scientific communications, which is based on reliable data and allow to obtain the most impartial idea about the mechanism of ensuring their financial security in the conditions of dynamic external and internal environment.
