SYSTEM OF FUNCTIONS OF PREVENTIVE UKRAINE NATIONAL POLICE

Abstract
The article is devoted to defining the functions of the National Preventive Police of Ukraine. Formulated a definition of preventive policing; reveals the meaning of «law enforcement functions» and «crime prevention tool». The system of preventive functions of the National Police of Ukraine by analyzing the provisions of administrative law in this area.
