SYSTEMIC IMMUNITY CONDITION AND CYTOKINENE STATUS IN NONPREGNANT WOMEN WITH IRON DEFICIENCY ANEMIA ACCOMPANIED BY GENERALIZED PERIODONTITIS

Abstract
The peculiarities of cell-mediated immunity, antibody-mediated protection and cytokinene status were studied in nonpregnant women with iron deficiency accompanied by generalized periodontitis. The changes in immune status were revealed, characterized by total lymphopenia, reduction of leucocytes, absolute CD3+, CD4+ , CD8+ lymphocytes count while immunoregulatory saving within normal limits, processes reinforcement of T- and B- lymphocytes activation, prominent gaining of spontaneous lymphocyte proliferation, the enlargement of B-lymphocytes content and activated CD95+ lymphocytes, disbalance in physiologic and pathogenic CIC leading to the domination of the last and high level of inflammatory activators in the body processes –FNT- á and ²L-1? at the high level of ²L-1
