Abstract
The creations resulting from intellectual work, based on a labour relationship, an individual labour contract signed by an employer and the employee, are characterized by some particular aspects. Due to the special situation in which they are created, their legal situation is governed on the one hand by the labour regulation and on the other hand by the intellectual property regulations. This study proposes a detailed analyses of these characteristics, by presenting the regulation referring to the creations resulting from intellectual work, based on individual labour contract both from the point of view of the labour law and intellectual property law.
