TACTICS OF INTERROGATION AT INVESTIGATION OF ATTACKS ON CULTURAL VALUES

Abstract
The article is connected with the psychological aspects of the tactics of Interrogation. The author examines the tactical features of interrogation of the victim, representatives of a legal entity that has been subjected to encroachments on its cul- tural values, witnesses, suspects and defendants. The researcher explains in detail the factors that influence the choice of tactical interrogation techniques, namely interest in facilitating investigation, interest in concealing a crime, high intellectual level of participants in criminal proceedings (art historians, scholars, antiquaries, collectors), official position, corruption component (in the case of legalization of incomes, Obtained by criminal means), etc. The author worked out a significant body of research on the psychology of intellectuals as local scientists and foreign.
