TEACHER PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT IN THE SYSTEM OF POSTGRADUATE PEDAGOGICAL EDUCATION

Abstract
The article deals with theoretical and methodological analysis of pedagogical works of domestic scientists on the research topic; the meaning of the term “teacher personal and professional development” is specified. Domestic practice of solving educational problems of the system of postgraduate pedagogical education for sustainable development is considered through the functioning of the system of professional development through principles, functions, forms and types, levels and organizational and pedagogical conditions. Directions of modernization of further teacher personal and professional development in the system of postgraduate education for sustainable development are singled out.
