Technology of inspection of the scene in the investigation of murders

Abstract
Murders are among the crimes that cause certain difficulties in their investigation, legal qualification and the imposition of punishment. These difficulties are caused by the variety of different situations of committing such crimes, by concealing its tracks, which leads to distortion of the actual signs of the crime. All these circumstances predetermined the content of this study, since the inspection of the scene of the investigation of the murders is the most important initial and urgent investigative (investigative) action.
